Balcony Falls Railroad Station. This is
a copy of a post card provided by the
Town of Glasgow.
The Baldwin-Echols Store in the early 1890's. (Also known
as the Masonic Temple) Town Council used to meet on the
3rd floor 1890's. Notice the number of stars on the American

Rockbridge Hotel
The Glasgow Garage built in 1932. Photo was
taken just after it opened. (building is currently
Glasgow Food Mart) Robert and Earl Massie
started working at the garage in February of
1946. The brothers bought the garage in
August of 1946, ran it until 1967.

The Exall (Trevey) house was built in
1893. The Glasgow Baptist Church is
standing on the property today along
with the columns you see in this photo.

Union Ridge, built in 1823 by Joseph
Glasgow. The house remained there
until 1986. It stood at 1005 Fitzlee
Street. Notice Sallings Mountain is bare
due to a fire in November of 1890. Photo
